1. What this site is

ieltstraining.ca provides IELTS practice materials, a CLB/CRS converter, and AI-generated band estimates for self-study. It is an independent practice tool — not a test centre, not an immigration consultancy, and not a law firm.

2. Estimates, not scores

Every score shown on this site is an estimate for practice only. Estimates are generated by software and are not official IELTS band scores. We make no guarantee about any score you will achieve on a real test, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular band or immigration outcome.

3. No affiliation

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English.

4. Accounts

You may create a free account to save practice history across devices. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable. We may suspend accounts used abusively (for example, automated scraping or quota circumvention).

5. Free and paid tiers

The free tier includes limited AI-scored speaking and writing checks. Paid tiers, when offered, are billed per the terms shown at purchase. "Founding" pricing, where offered, is locked for the life of the subscription while it remains active.

6. Immigration information

CLB/CRS figures are computed from publicly published IRCC criteria for illustration only. Immigration rules change; always verify against official IRCC sources or a licensed immigration professional before making decisions.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break usage limits, no uploading unlawful content, no misrepresenting your results as official.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on practice estimates or converter outputs.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
