Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email, and optionally phone number — whatever you provide at signup. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
Practice data: your practice attempts and band estimates, saved so you can track progress across devices. If you practice without an account, this data stays only in your browser and never reaches our servers.
2. What we use it for
To operate your account, save your history, enforce free-tier limits, and send account-related messages (for example, security notices). That's it.
3. Marketing emails — strictly opt-in
We only send tips, offers, or newsletters to people who separately and explicitly opt in (for example, the Founding 500 waitlist). Marketing consent is never a condition of creating an account, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. This follows Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
4. Where data lives
Account and practice data is stored with our database provider (Neon) in the United States. Authentication is handled by Neon Auth. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its data at any time — email us at [email protected] and we will act promptly.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies/local storage for sign-in sessions and (for anonymous users) on-device practice history. No advertising trackers.
7. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
